Prompt & Reliable Shipping

The shipping address entered during checkout must be a valid and complete address within US territories. Shipping fees will be calculated upon entering your postal code. We reserve the right to verify orders, and a shipping delay of 1-4 business days may occur.

Shipments are made exclusively via UPS and FedEx to US territories, Canada and Mexico. Please note that express shipping service is not currently offered.

These shipping fees apply exclusively to US territories, excluding certain rural areas and territories within the United States. 

Additional shipping surcharges may apply to specific remote or rural areas, and these surcharges will be displayed upon entering your postal code during the checkout process. Rates for shipments to Canada and Mexico will be calculated at checkout.

Restrictions

Our normal delivery timeline of in-stock products is 3 to 5 business days.  Please note that during certain peak periods, additional delays may occur.

Personalized Nature of Products:

  • Due to the custom nature of our crafted accessories, we are unable to provide refunds for reasons related to personal taste or preference.

Defective Products:

  • If you receive a product with defects, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange for the return and replacement of the defective item.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products can only be returned due to defect if they are unused and in their original packaging.

  • All original documentation, parts, and accessories must be included with the returned item.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Special orders and final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact columbuscraft2023@gmail.com to receive further instructions.

  • Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect.

Occasionally, our system may automatically cancel orders for reasons such as:

  • Products being out of stock or discontinued by the supplier

  • Inability to ship to the provided address
